The Winter Market features regular-season market vendors along with holiday and specialty vendors, creating a festive shopping experience for the community.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from:

• Local farmers and ranchers

• Cottage food businesses

• Specialty food vendors
• Local small businesses with products that complement the market's mission

Preference is given to vendors offering locally grown, locally produced, handcrafted, or unique products.

Vendor Expectations

All vendors are expected to:

• Provide high-quality products.
• Maintain an attractive, professional booth display.
• Be fully set up before the event opens.
• Remain open during all market hours.
• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Carry any required permits or licenses for their products.
• Treat customers, fellow vendors, volunteers, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.

Booth Information

Vendor spaces are limited and assigned based on product mix, availability, and market needs. Booth assignments will be communicated prior to the event.

Vendor fees, setup times, and load-in instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

How to Apply

1. Complete the Winter Market Vendor Application.
2. Submit photos of your products and booth setup, if requested.
3. Wait for confirmation from market management.
4. Once accepted, submit payment by the stated deadline to secure your space.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
