We’re looking for passionate makers, bakers, and creators to join us for the PVFM Winter Market at the Museum of Clean, December 19–20, 2025. Whether you specialize in homemade foods, breads, or
unique crafts—including flea market-style treasures (pending approval)—we welcome your talent and energy! This festive indoor market is a chance to connect with the community, showcase your work, and
be part of a joyful holiday tradition. Space is limited, so apply early and help us spread the word—vendor participation in marketing is encouraged and appreciated!
PVFM Winter Market at the Museum of Clean
Friday & Saturday, December 19–20, 2025

We’re inviting makers, bakers, and creators to join us for a festive indoor market filled with homemade foods, breads, and crafts—including flea market-style items (pending approval). All vendors must be approved via phone call, text, or email before registering.
2025 PVFM vendors are pre-approved to participate, but must still confirm with management due to limits on vendor types and product categories. Fill out application and submit to start the process.
Vendor Details:
- $100 for PVFM vendors $125 for non-members
- Each space is 10x10 (vendor provides table/setup)
- Additional spaces are available at a $25 discount off the full price
- PVFM vendors: $75 for each additional space
- Non-members: $100 for each additional space
- Setup begins Friday at 9:00am
- Market opens Friday at 11:45am
- Overnight security provided
- Take-down is Saturday at 5:00pm (vendors must stay until closing)

The managers office is not open at Old Town during the week- all meetings are by appointment only.
